A.1. The 5th Pan American Girls’ Mathematical Olympiad (PAGMO 2025) will be hosted by Brazil.
A.2. The Official Program should begin on October 26th of 2025 and end on November 1st of 2025.
A.3. The Organization of PAGMO 2025 is in charge of the following committee:

A.4. The Contest papers for PAGMO 2025 are held on October 28th and 29th of 2025.
A.5. Teams wishing to participate for the first time should send a solicitation for the Host Organization stating the intended team size through the email pagmo2025.br@gmail.com until August 1st, 2025. Since the Host Organization can receive only a limited number of teams, their applications will be confirmed or declined by August 15, 2025.
A.6. The deadline to apply for observers is August 1st, 2025. The fee for each observer will be $850 USD. Since the Host Organization can receive only a limited number of teams, their applications will be confirmed or declined by August 15, 2025.
A.7. The deadline to confirm participation is August 1st, 2025. The detailing of the teams’ compositions must be informed before September 30, 2025.
A.8. Proposals for problems must be sent to the PAGMO Problem Selection Committee, at pagmo.problemas@gmail.com before September 15, 2025.
A.9. A document will be sent, to be signed by the participant’s legal guardians, agreeing that any photograph or video taken during the celebration of PAGMO 2025 may be published on the official website of the contest, as well as on their social networks.
A.10. The 2025 Perseverance Cup will be named Keti Tenenblat, in honor of the first female president of the Brazilian Mathematical Society (SBM). This tribute recognizes her pioneering role in Brazilian mathematics, her outstanding contributions to differential geometry, and her lifelong commitment to the promotion of research, education, and the participation of women in mathematics.
